Each Merlin is dispatched within 5 days of your order. Once dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 2–3 days, so your order should reach you within 7–8 days.

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999 within India. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of ₹2,500.

Absolutely. Add your initials or name through the personalization field on the product page. Personalization is completely free and can include up to 8 characters using A–Z alphabets only.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and unworn. Personalized products are not eligible for returns, and return shipping is covered by Novelty Atelier.

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers issues caused by the craftsmanship or construction of your wallet. It does not cover scratches, physical or accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
