Each Merlin is dispatched within 5 days of your order. Once dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 2–3 days, so your order should reach you within 7–8 days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999 within India. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of ₹2,500.

Can I personalize my Merlin?

Absolutely. Add your initials or name through the personalization field on the product page. Personalization is completely free and can include up to 8 characters using A–Z alphabets only.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and unworn. Personalized products are not eligible for returns, and return shipping is covered by Novelty Atelier.

What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers issues caused by the craftsmanship or construction of your wallet. It does not cover scratches, physical or accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. If you believe your wallet has a manufacturing or craftsmanship issue, contact us and we’ll assess it and arrange a replacement where applicable.
